Hi Anna, thank you so much! It’s a newer feature and I am periodically updating older posts.

Such delicious delightful recipes! For those who must eat gluten free, we also must refrain from eating raw cruciferous vegetables , however they can be eaten cooked. So I was wondering if adding the veggies such as brussel sprouts or broccoli cooked and cooled could be substituted in the salad recipes. I realize the “crunchy” will be missing.
Any suggestions would be helpful. What would be the best way to cook them?

    1. Cookie and Kate

Hi Diana, I have many recipes for cooked cruciferous vegetables. For the salads, they won’t be as crispy but the flavors will still be great. For example, this is my recipe for roasted cabbage.
